Mapleton National Park – Planned Burn Notice

Track Closures:

Linda Garrett Circuit and Piccabeen Circuit #3 (multi-use trail) will be closed for the duration of the burn and inspection.

Track Detours:

The Sunshine Coast Hinterland Great Walk will have a detour between Ubajee Walkers Camp, Leafy Lane, and Daymar Road. Use Delicia Road and Oaky Creek Road instead. Directional signs will be provided during the burn.

Open Tracks:

Gheerulla Trail bike circuit, Turpentine Trail, Wompoo Circuit, Oaky Creek Lookout Trail, Mapleton Falls Lookout, and Kureelpa Falls Circuit will remain open.

Important Information:

Please follow all safety and directional signage from rangers.
Do not enter closed areas.
